The preferred diet is quite strict. Therefore, it is necessary to pay close attention to the proper way out of it. Otherwise, with a sharp return to your usual eating style, the pounds will return very quickly. To avoid this, you should follow simple rules:

  • during the first month, you should eat only low-calorie foods in order to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm that the body has tuned in during a recent diet;
  • refuse or reduce to an absolute minimum sweet pastries, any smoked meats, fatty, fried foods and starches;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The preferred diet can be reapplied no earlier than after three months.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is tolerated quite easily, then you can apply the 12-day option. The nutrition program consists of a one-day mono-diet, alternating with drinking days. So on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, drink yogurt or kefir in the amount you see fit. Make sure you drink plain water. Thursday is fruit day, Friday is protein day (we eat chicken breast to the maximum), Saturday is drinking day again.
